family-friendly resort with nice perks

mermaid experience beach cabana helpful staff

i spent three nights celebrating my granddaughter's sixth birthday. the mermaid experience was fun and the cabana on the beach was great. the grounds are well-kept and i liked all the fountains. the staff was helpful and friendly.

the door kept malfunctioning and i couldn't get in. neither front desk nor the manager cared! the overall service felt poor. there was no self-parking option available.

The room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. It also had lovely views of the gardens, pools, and beach. the rooms are kept very clean, but they are nothing special. the bathroom was nice and spacious, but it had a tiny bath with a shower curtain.

The staff are beyond kind and they try to. they seemed to care to welcome you. the valet parking is fast. the service was excellent and the bartenders at pete's bar n grill provide great service. Ryan made really good drinks.

the resort provides its own access to the beach. i loved the family hot tub and pool area. kids loved the water slides. there are multiple restaurants and shops. the gym was clean with brand new equipment.

convenient access multiple pools

the hotel provided convenient access to various amenities. multiple pools were available, great for relaxed swimming. the hotel's pizza window offered a quick meal option , and i found this convenient. the clean rooms also contributed to a comfortable experience.

i noticed the absence of adequate handicap signs. it made navigating the hotel with a scooter difficult.
